  Clearly understaffed because it takes a while even for pickups orders to be acknowledged by a team member. I also wasn't the only one waiting with a drive-thru line that was pretty short. I don't mind waiting but when they grab my order wrong it's just very disappointing. This used to be one of the better Dunkin Donuts too.

  I have went through the drive-thru they act friendly but they're not friendly they told me I don't have your time I told me I dont have it time. they need disciplinesI had bought me a McHale caramel iced coffee and the ladies right there they act friendly but they are not friendly they changed their look when they see you through the drive-through window they don't have time they tried having you leave fast because the customer they don't have time they tell you I don't have time I don't have time for you keep going they need disciplined we could get an accident if the Cubs are open and we're drinking drinking while driving make a spell and fall they don't close the lids right.

  My Favorite Place to be at in Dunkin To Drink an Iced Coffee when I need to Drink and to be part of that place very well place to be recommended 😊😄🧋
