You're putting your employees and all of your customers at risk and this is an establishment that serves food!? you guys should be shut down until it's fixed.

I realize there are the self service displays,I say ohh maybe they only use those. I try to do my order but the donuts I see in real time aren't on the machine. I want to ask for help but remember no one acknowledged me. I decide to order from my phone but it kept saying options not available. But you can't click on those.I see a woman go up to the counter and assisted. I asked her did she walk in or order online. She said she walked in and called them over. Because I can't get my online order I go back to the counter and finally someone helped. If it wasn't for me promising my students I was going to get them donuts I would have left because I don't like giving my money where guest service is lacking. I will not be returning . My students were grateful and its sad because the girl who helped me did an excellent job but before that just trash.
