The people behind the counter are always welcoming and courteous. I love coming to this specific location because of Ama, her costumer service is always on point. I have over a decade of restaurant experience, so I know great service when I see it. She know my order by memory which is amazing. You guys did an amazing job with hiring her. I will continue to come here because of her.

But recently there’s been a guy and he’s made my drinks wrong every single time. I’m lactose intolerant and he’s poisoned me 4 separate times in a row, Or the wrong syrup is in the wrong drink, the food is mixed up it’s ridiculous.

It took me close to thirty minutes to receive my order, even though I ordered ahead and it took me ten minutes to get to the location. There were three employees in here with serious attitudes. There was only one person in line, and she came in as I was waiting for my order, and they made her meal first. The woman making the food was slow and nonchalant. I was intimidated to ask the two guys in there about my order as I witnessed one of them slamming a couple of cups on the counter, and the other one mumbling under his breath. I thought the Crenshaw location was the worst, but they both get the top prize.

When I brought this to the attention of the staff they were totally unwilling to help and refused to give any refund. So I got scammed out of my money and they refused to do anything about it.
