The employee I spoke with was very polite, respectful, and tried to help me as much as possible, which I do appreciate. However, the quality of the food did not meet expectations, especially for pizza that is supposed to be served hot and fresh. I would really like to see better attention to freshness and timing in future orders. I’m not upset with the staff at all—customer service was good—but I am disappointed with the quality of the food I received and hope it can be improved
