- KSKa Swa3 days ago1.0Picking up my pizza at 9:40p.m. on May 15, was aweful. The guy at the register was very nice and friendly. However the pizza was undercooked, little cheese and tasted bad. Called the next day for a refund and the gentleman (Eric) was very rude and said it was nothing he could do for me and I should had called the same night although my pizza was picked up at 9:40p.m.. Cook the pizza right the first time and it would not be a problem! I'm not sure why Eric(manager) doesnt allow me to return this awful pizza which we couldnt consume??? Eric has no good training in customer service. Eric believes it is okay to take your money and give you unconsumable food. Wow!! No refund, no bring back the pizza and we will remake it!!!
