They will not deliver as promised, keep moving the delivery window and lie. The manager Jose will not own his mistakes. They will keep you waiting on hold, say they are delivering and never show up. They refuse to be accountable for their own errors and say its not their problem.

For this store everytime I have ordered delivery, my tracker would say it’s been delivered atleast 20-25 mins before it’s been actually delivered. This has happened for over a year with multiple consecutive orders. Every time I have to go look for the order, since it’s big building I have assume they may have dropped off in different locations. Every time I end up calling the store, have a wait time of 5-10 mins to get somebody on the call. Every time this person says it’s still on the way. I don’t have an issue with wait times, I do have an issue with ambiguous and false tracking with fake delivery times. Since lot of packages gets misplaced in our building I have to go look for this every time and it defeats the purpose of me paying for delivery and having to get out of my apartment on a searching hunt. The manager refuses to take a complain and is rude as hell and hangs up saying it’s an app issue I can’t help. I have to finally end up complaining to their head offices. This is definitely this store specific and hasn’t happened to me ever before. It can’t be an app issue only for this store. They just wants to take credit for delivery 20-25 mins before it’s been actually delivered. Manager claims app issue, driver claims I am just driving. Tracker stops somewhere between the leaving the store and reaching my home. I need an action taken on this without blaming everything else. Attaching snapshot from this time, saying enjoy your food at 2:17p. Me making first call at 2:45p and doing multiple calls attempt to reach the store.
