- MLMichelle LovittJun 3, 20261.01-Star Review – Domino’s Westwood Blvd (1371 Westwood Blvd, Los Angeles) This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with any Domino’s location. First, the delivery driver ignored my delivery instructions. I have an English Bulldog, and I specifically request that orders be left at the gate. I have done this consistently and always provide a cash tip. Instead, the driver came directly to my door while my dog was barking, seemingly focused on collecting a tip rather than following the delivery instructions. The bigger issue was the food itself. The pizza arrived in unacceptable condition. When I called the store, instead of listening to my concerns, I was essentially told that what I received was exactly what I ordered, that the pizza wasn’t cold, and that my complaint was somehow invalid. To make matters worse, the employee I spoke with was dismissive, argumentative, and implied that I was not telling the truth about what had been delivered. Being called a liar by a business after spending money there is completely unacceptable. I wasn’t looking for a fight. I was looking for basic customer service and a reasonable solution. Instead, I was met with excuses, denial, and a complete lack of accountability. Domino’s is a national brand, and customers expect a certain level of professionalism. Unfortunately, this location failed at every level—delivery instructions, food quality, and customer service. Based on this experience, I would not order from this location again and would strongly encourage others to think twice before ordering from the Westwood Blvd store.
