  My dad and I visited this location while travelling to LA, and we had a great experience. We asked if they could put the Oilers game on, and our request was taken care of immediately. Our server was fantastic, very accommodating, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name, but we visited on the evening of October 13, and I wanted to make sure his great service was recognized. He really made our experience that much better, and we truly appreciated it. Thank you for the great hospitality!

  The games are good and they also have a pool table. Came in for some food they didn't have the appetizer i order it took them about 10 mins to let me know i ordered a steak and it took them 20 mins for them to tell me they don't have no more. Horrible service management was horrible didn't even bother to offer or make up for thier mistake I wouldn't recommend this Dave n buster unless they change the management.

  I felt like I wasn't wanted. Took ages to be seated, took a fair amount of time to get the menu, and the sirloin was over cooked. The only thing that took a short time, was being presented with the bill. Never again! PS: it was NOT busy!

  I don’t usually go out of my way to write reviews, but I felt I needed to say something about how I was treated at the entrance. This one star is for the front desk employee, “Yessie”. When I entered during the daytime, she immediately stopped me to ask if I was over 21 (which I am). I found this strange especially as a regular arcade goer here, since I’ve never been asked this before. When I asked her why, she simply stated “corporate policy” and asked me to read the Dave and Buster’s House Policies. When I asked her to clarify, she said that they have a bar there. I’ve never once ordered alcohol there and even if I did, I would know I could be asked to present my ID. Then she immediately contacted her manager (without being prompted) to come over, who was also unfriendly and flatly asked me what the problem was with it. I understand if this was something to ask late at night given the curfew there. However, I find this policy strange overall during the daytime, especially for people that just want to play arcade games. If this is to be enforced, it should be consistently applied to everyone and not just specific people. But I felt singled out because I didn’t see Yessie stop anyone else to ask them if they were over 21. Overall this left a bad impression and ruined my experience there during the time. I felt targeted, treated differently, and demeaned by this experience with Yessie. But I don’t believe this is representative of the other staff or my other experiences. The arcade staff have always been very helpful and friendly, and I’d give a 5 star review otherwise.
