I had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Dave & Buster’s location, and the biggest issue wasn’t even the incorrect food — it was the way the male manager handled the situation. I placed a DoorDash order and immediately called the restaurant because DoorDash would not allow me to make the modifications I needed online. The male manager told me the order was “already made” and it was too late to change it, even though I had literally just placed it. Since I could not eat the order as prepared, I told him to cancel it and specifically asked, if I place a new order, can I give you the modifications now so the new order is made correctly? He said yes. I placed the second order, only for it to arrive without the modifications and cold. It appeared to be the original order I had just been told could not be changed. I contacted DoorDash, reported that the order was incorrect, and received my credits back. I then called the restaurant because at this point I simply wanted to understand what happened and determine whether I could safely reorder my food without going through the same issue again. The employee working the takeout area told me that my correct order was sitting right in front of her. So naturally, I asked how I ended up receiving the incorrect order if the corrected one was still at the restaurant. When I spoke with the same male manager again, instead of trying to investigate or resolve the issue, he repeatedly told me what I was describing was “impossible.” He insisted that he personally threw away the original order and watched the corrected one being made. I was literally standing there looking at the incorrect food that had been delivered to me. I even offered to send pictures of what I received to prove that the modifications were not made. Rather than listening, he continuously talked over me, argued with me, and kept insisting that what happened could not have happened. He repeatedly said he was “not going to argue” with me while simultaneously speaking over me and arguing about what I had received. At no point did I insult him, curse at him, call him out of his name, or become disrespectful. I repeatedly tried to explain that I had already received my refund from DoorDash. I was not calling looking for money. I simply wanted to know whether I could place another order and actually receive the correct food. He could not even hear that because he would not stop talking over me long enough to let me finish a sentence. When I asked to speak with another manager because of how combative the conversation had become, he told me he was the only manager. That was particularly confusing because the employee who originally answered the phone told me there were multiple managers present, and I had also already spoken with a female manager. He then informed me that he was the head manager and that no other manager there was above him. A manager should be focused on resolving a customer’s problem, not trying to prove the customer wrong about the food sitting directly in front of them. There was clearly some type of mix-up between the original order, corrected order, and delivery pickup. That happens. What was unacceptable was the refusal to listen, the constant interruptions, and the combative attitude toward a customer who was simply trying to get the meal she ordered. What should have been a simple food order turned into nearly two hours of trying to get dinner and I still never received the correct meal. Absolutely unacceptable customer service, especially from someone identifying himself as the head manager. Since what I was saying was "impossible" I've attached a picture of now both incorrect meals.. one that I even offered to send to the manager to prove what I received the first time. Also, my DoorDash order history proving that I placed an order 3 times at this point since he claimed I never placed the second order. I did not get his name but this all happened between 5-7pm on a Friday, August 21st. After this experience I will never order from here again.

We came in on a Tuesday so it was pretty chill. I imagine weekend must get pretty busy. Anyway, the food was good and the service was great! Chris P was awesome and another very nice gentleman was great too. Very attentive and good drinks. We didn’t drink alcohol but the zero beer was good and the mocktail I got as good (not too sweet). We were happy and fed, and then off to play!

Pretty chill and uncrowded on a summer Sunday evening, so it was great that there wasn't a lot of waiting around for games. We had a reservation, but there was no host to be found. OK, seat yourself. Then we find out our chosen section was "closed" and we find another. (Bear in mind this is 7pm not 10:30). Food met expectations although salmon overcooked (as it usually is at chains so I guess that does meet expectations). Service was spotty; when we had our server's attention she was super helpful but then couldn't be spotted for long stretches. (We ended up walking over to the bar to get water for the table, for example.) Then when the bill comes, they suggest a tip that includes not just food & beverages but also all the game cards you order with your food. I like to tip generously, but when you're adding $100 of games to your meal it gets a bit silly.

I love coming to this place for food and drinks those are rarely a miss. But this time I put down my name to use the pool tables (there was only one person ahead of me) and im waiting and waiting only to see employees swoop in and use the other table when it opened up. Just got to cut the line and probably using it for free too. Had to complain about it twice before they finally kicked them out the table.
