  We got there at 10:30pm 5/15/26 Sat at the bar. Half empty, there was two people behind the bar. 15 min later I shout hi! Can we get a beer? She said give me a min. 5 min later she takes an order in front of us. We waited 5 more min. She didn’t event look back. Dave & Busters please find out who you hired for this shift. Obviously she doesn’t belong in customer service. We left to Buffalo Wild Wings next door. We got greeted 60’ seconds once we sat down!! Customer Service is simple. You have it or you don’t. Learn to hire your team! It will kill you at the long run! 😉👍🏼

  Really disappointed with our experience tonight. Ordered an espresso martini and for the price, it came looking almost empty (see photo). Super expensive for barely a drink. On top of that, the service was not great. Our waitress had a strong attitude and came off very rude. It also seemed like they closed the bar tap early, and only had one waiter covering the whole section, which made service extremely slow. For the prices they charge, I expected much better drinks and customer service. 👎

  Super friendly and hard working staff. Yulia especially. Food and cocktails were surprisingly good, especially the Crown Apple Mule.

  Great place to watch the game! We were in LA during playoffs and want to watch the Sixers v Boston game. It was a great night with good snacks and service.

  The food was good, what you'd expect, service was fine, the host was kind of dismissive but he let us pick our table so that was nice. My main complaint and the reason why this review loses a star is because some of the game machines do not work but will still take your money. I think thats a little absurd for an arcade.
