  Our first time visit to LA for my daughters Movie Premiere and we were staying at Loews Hotel, from the food to the customer service was top tier, we had the best waiter EVER in my daughters words. Chuck Norris, Chuck Parties made sure we were taken care of and was very accommodating. He is the best of the best and we hope he’s compensated properly! We went twice so we could get him. He is AMAZING It’s hard to come across good waiters that care about their customers and take pride in where they work. From the Biggers Family—-we thank you!

  Great environment, family friendly for sure. Our service was excellent and our server Jonathan was very friendly and helpful. Management was also really helpful, thanks you Veronica

  I cannot thank John Jordan and Veronica enough for their Amazing customer service. We had a tough month as a family and just needed a good time. First time here and what an experience. Exactly what my family needed. We haven’t had this much fun in awhile. Definitely coming back. Earned a regular here for life.

  The doorman mistreated my deaf friend screaming “bags” violently at her when she thought they were asking for her ID and she was looking for it. I then explained she was looking for her ID and he kept screaming “bags”. We asked to speak to a supervisor and left immediately after being denied that, horrible experience I will never return and we were really looking forward to it. I suggest you don't bother going

  We had an amazing experience at Dave & Buster’s Hollywood! The atmosphere was fun and energetic, with plenty of TVs to catch all the games. The food was absolutely delicious—everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. The drinks were great, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to the manager, Aija, who truly made our visit exceptional. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout our time there. Her positive attitude and dedication to providing excellent customer service really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. If you’re looking for a great place with delicious food, a fun atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality, I highly recommend Dave & Buster’s Hollywood. We can’t wait to come back!
