  Sat at the bar to watch some of the World Cup games. The bartender Raina (hope I’m spelling that right) was awesome. Super friendly, super cool and just really good at her job. She was by herself and was taking care of a ton of ppl, but held it down and gave amazing service.

  For such a nice location, your workers in this location sure lackluster. When I came up the stairs I went to the first door that was open and was looking for the host/hostess. No one was there. As I walked in workers inside walked by me and said absolutely nothing. I sat at the bar and I’m not sure if this young man was a bus boy or was actually working the bar but I sat there for a good 15 -20mins looking at him and the menu I took from another table waiting for him to come over and ask me if he could get me started with something. He instead decided to fiddle with stacking cups and putting them away while either pretending I wasn’t there or glancing at me like something was wrong with me. At some point I thought maybe I got the time wrong and that the restaurant was closing for the day. But you would think that even if that was the case, at least one of your staff would have let me know instead of leaving me sitting there. Eventually I got up and walked out, as I was by passing your second entry point I said someone behind another host desk that was near the gaming stations. I went up to them and asked if the restaurant was closing for the day, they told me no and that restaurant doesn’t close until 12am (which is what I thought). They told me to sit anywhere so I went and sat on the opposite side of the bar where I was greeted by a male employee who gave me a menu, unfortunately I was turned off by the whole ordeal. I was ready to eat and I wanted to play some games but due to the weird and inhospitable atmosphere by your earlier staff especially the male employee who was so concerned on stacking and placing away cups I decided to leave and head to another restaurant around there where the service was quick and hospitable.

  I was in today to watch for the world cup and wasn't sure what it was going to be like, but it was actually really great ! The vibes were there!! Thanks to Cami at the bar !! We had a great chat and I definitely will be back. Oh ya, the nachos were HUUGE and yummmy.

  This was our very first dining experience after arriving in the USA. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly. We loved the atmosphere and the view over the Ovation from outside. The candied chicken and apple salad was incredible. I have been trying to replicate it here at home in Australia and it will never be as good!! Thanks for a beautiful meal and an all round fabulous experience. I recommend this place to anyone heading to Hollywood.

  The worst D&B I’ve been to. I’ve been to soo many. Awful service, screwed up food all night. Took forever to take our order. Barely followed up. Place is dirty and sticky. Bathrooms smell awful and aren’t being cleaned all the way. Especially the stalls.
