We were warmly greeted by May, the hostess, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient. Throughout the evening, Luis and Maria took exceptional care of us. They were attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The three of them truly made our dinner and our celebration so memorable, and we wanted to sincerely thank them for their outstanding hospitality. The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was beautifully presented. It was a fantastic dining experience from beginning to end. We look forward to coming back and highly recommend this restaurant!

After my last visit, I left a very honest and very frustrated review about my experience at Culina. What I said then still stands for how I felt in that moment. I was highly upset, and as a regular who comes here a few times a month, it really shook my trust. Since then, Dylan reached out to me personally to talk through what happened and to make things right. I felt heard, taken seriously, and treated with the level of care I expect from the Four Seasons. On my follow‑up visit, they made a real effort to ensure I got the true Four Seasons experience I’m used to. As someone who literally walks across the street to dine here regularly, that accountability and follow‑through really matters. They’ve gained my trust back, and I’ll definitely continue coming in a few times a month like I always have. I appreciate that they didn’t just ignore my feedback, they acted on it.
