- FYFoo YouJun 24, 20262.0Culina replaced the very fine dining venue, Gardens, in about 2011. It has been downhill for Culina ever since. They removed many of the former amenities and now charge for bread, before it was a free basket. They installed a bar and then two televisions as the entrance to Culina. The TVs as well as the choice and volume of the music make for a jarring experience. The turnover in management is mind bending. There seems to be ZERO continuity. If you still want to enjoy fine dining, then go to The Belvedere in The Peninsula Hotel (Beverly Hills). You will not be disappointed. And, NO, I am not an employee of The Peninsula. FYI - I patronized this Four Seasons for some 35 years but no more !

The atmosphere is elegant but relaxed, with a nice calm vibe. Service was attentive and friendly. Just a really pleasant, high-quality Italian dinner.

I came for breakfast this time and the service and hosts are professional and attentive. It definitely changed my opinion this time. I ordered NY steak medium and it was absolute disaster, first they served it tooooooo salty and then they served it burnt from outside and bloody from inside I don’t recommend dining in this restaurant at all
