  This continues to be the worst Chipotle I've ever had in the entire country. The chicken is always burnt and dry with the taste of their dirty grill that's clearly never cleaned. It almost gets a beef jerky type consistency it's weird. And the staff is so rude for no reason. I never let it show, I know being in customer service can be a nightmare so I just say please and thank you and move on with my day. But at a certain point, bad staff likely reflects on management. These kids must be overworked and underpaid to an extreme, and that's likely because this is in the heart of Hollywood. But then invest in your staff and give them the support they need! Go anywhere else in the meantime.

  The manager refused to let us eat there as a group of 30 people, even though there was a sign at the entrance saying the maximum capacity was 89 people. There was also plenty of space inside, as the dining room was almost empty. Honestly, it felt like the manager simply didn’t want to work. She was a woman wearing glasses who didn’t smile even once during our interaction. The staff wasn’t particularly friendly either, and the portions were quite small considering the price. Very disappointing overall. That being said, the food itself was actually very good. Another thing that bothered us: there was a sign at the entrance saying they were open until 11 PM, but we were asked to leave at 10 PM. Overall, I found it quite expensive for what it was. Very disappointing experience, especially considering the quality of the food could have made this a great place.

  Very disappointing experience — absolutely not worth it. The opening hours displayed on Google and posted on the door are clearly not being respected. We were a group of 36 people, and the little woman with glasses refused to serve us, telling us that they were running out of food. However, while we were trying to explain the situation and negotiate with her, at least five other customers were allowed to order ahead of us. We then asked if serving just 10 people from our group would be okay. She directed us to McDonald’s instead. When I pointed out that, if she simply didn’t want to serve us, it would have been easier to say so, she eventually agreed to serve 10 people from our group. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that 6–7 people were still waiting in line behind us, meaning they clearly could have served at least 20 people from our group if we had not been refused access from the beginning. To make matters worse, when she gave me my change back, she did so in a completely inappropriate and disrespectful manner. The Chipotle at Citadel Outlets is so much better in terms of service and customer reception. This location was a terrible experience. Avoid this place!

  I wanted to buy food as soon as it was at 10 and the employees say it's closed and they didn't want to attend to me .. if they are supposed to close at 11pm very bad service so they have a schedule if they are going to close when they want🙄🙄🙄
