  Employees gave off the impression that we were inconveniencing them by being there. When we asked if they could wipe a table (they were covered in food), we were told they couldn’t, because they weren’t allowed to leave their stations during the busy time (there was no one in line when this request was made). They finally came out later and barely wiped the table. Went to use the restroom, which had a sign saying we needed to input the code from our receipt in order to unlock the door. Those don’t work; you have to ask at the register. There’s no way to lock the door once you’re inside, so any other customer with the code can unlock it while you’re in there. Another customer said his girlfriend opened the door to a man with his pants down. Definitely the worst Chipotle we’ve ever been to. Possibly the worst restaurant, in general, we’ve ever been to.

  I live two minutes away from this location and every time I come here, they are always out of something. The worst part is they have a secondary line behind the front counter line and they might have the ingredient there, but they won’t give it to you. The staff is always incredibly rude and disrespectful and you can walk in there at 8 o’clock when they close at 11 and they will say they’re out of something for the rest of the night. Never again…

  Why the heck do you guys have one person making food while there a long line and it’s peak lunch time? Get someone else to help!

  Asked for a better portion on rice and beans for the burrito. Charged me for the bowl price instead as a form of revenge!! Management here is awful. Awful experience!! Please investigate the team, I would like an explanation.

  DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Save yourself the bad moment one of their employees will put you through. Her name is Elfi or something like that, she’s the black woman with black big glasses. Has the nastiest attitude from the moment she asks if you want a bowl or a burrito, then it get progressively worse and worse, and that’s without mentioning the tiny portions she serves. Every scoop she poured was after giving you the nastiest energy. Her “boss” was next to her and didn’t so anything about her attitude. I hope corporate really does something about her because i love chipotle but i will definitely not be going back there, after that interaction, I’m worried the food will make me sick after the stress she put me through.
