  Server seemed in a hurry when ordering, didn't give my elderly mother a second to deicde what she wanted. I asked for veggies before the server rudely told us they were out, and didn't seem like she could be bothered to make some more at 5pm. Chips were stale. Tables were dirty.

  昨天下午大概5点左右，我们进去这家Chipotle 点餐时，她们看到我们进去了，我们站在点餐区好一会儿并且问了三次我们需要点餐都没有人理我们，看起来很像是假装没有听到的样子。之后来了一个男生一脸嫌弃不高兴问我们吃什么。因为我女儿想吃我就一直忍着没有说什么，点到中途这个男的问了一个单词“double “也没有任何解释double 是什么意思。就一盒墨西哥快餐收了我们$27。我问为什么是这个价格。那个男的态度很恶劣大声说你们自己点的。是歧视还是其他什么原因？大家最好不要去这家店。态度非常不好。还乱收费。

  I work right next door, and unfortunately this is the same experience I have almost every time I come here, which is why I’m finally writing this review. I stood in line for about five minutes before anyone acknowledged me. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you”, nothing. The employees were moving slowly, talking in the back, and seemed more focused on their phones than the customers. Then, as soon as the line suddenly stretched out the door, they started rushing everyone through. I barely had a chance to speak before they were already moving to the next item, and they weren’t listening to what I was ordering. I even asked for light sour cream, and they put a huge glob on my bowl. When I politely asked for it to be remade, the employee got visibly irritated and told me they were too busy to be remaking orders. I explained that if they had listened to my order the first time, it wouldn’t have needed to be remade. Instead of trying to fix the situation, I was met with more attitude. It wasn’t just me either. The employees were treating everyone in line like they were an inconvenience. The irony is that if they had acknowledged customers from the start instead of standing around talking, being on their phones, and ignoring the line as it formed, they probably wouldn’t have ended up so overwhelmed and rushing everyone through. Customer service here is consistently disappointing, and after having the same experience over and over, I won’t be coming back unless something changes.

  Honestly this the worst chipotle Ive ever been I got there at 7:50 pm they had no white rice no beans no meat nothing I grabbed what was left and still giving me low portions like they trying to ride it out until they close which would be at 10pm How is it that you guys have no food at 7:50pm and you guys close at 10pm wild
