- MAmarissa andersonJul 2, 20261.0What a disappointing experience at this Chipotle. I walked in around 9:00 p.m., along with three other customers, and there was practically no food left. They don’t close until 10:00 p.m., but the employee simply looked at me and said they didn’t have anything available. Meanwhile, the rest of the staff was already cleaning up and closing for the night. I completely understand wanting to get out on time we’ve all worked jobs where that’s the goal. However, if your posted closing time is 10:00 p.m., customers should still be able to order food until then. There was no chicken, no beans, no rice essentially nothing left to serve. As a result, all four of us had to leave without ordering. I ended up driving to the North Glendale location around 9:15 p.m., and the difference was night and day. They also close at 10:00 p.m., yet they had a line of customers, fresh food available, and were still providing great service. This location lost multiple customers and sales simply because they appeared to be shutting down an hour early. I hope management addresses this, because closing procedures shouldn’t come at the expense of serving customers during posted business hours.

Employees complain and roll their eyes when rushes come like they’re being inconvenienced. They start closing up like over an hour before closing. Really slow service…like oddly slow. Had the above happen to me here a few times now.
