- YNYasmin NavarroOct 1, 20261.0Purchased food today and spent 18.90 on a bowl with rice steak, chicken and guacamole. The guacamole was beyond salty and so was the steak. I honestly could not eat my food it was such a waste of money. Not sure if I’d order from this location again.

- NONOE OESep 28, 20261.0The soft opening today, 9/28/2026, has already gotten off to a disappointing start. Most staff members don’t mind paying for their food. The frustration comes from advertising free food as a way to attract people during the soft opening and then not honoring the promotion consistently. The promotion was advertised as offering free food until 2:00 PM. Based on that promotion, several staff members and customers from the health center next door came over. However, around 12:45–1:10 PM, several people were turned away and told that the promotion was over because the soft opening was only for family, friends, or staff who knew someone there. It was unclear how that was being applied, since many staff members who were turned away did not fall into those categories. What caused even more confusion was that, after people were turned away, other staff members continued going over and were given the promotion. Some even came back and said they were giving the free food to everyone. As of around 1:40 PM, more staff members were still going over and were not being turned away. Regardless of what the original intent of the promotion was, the inconsistent way it was communicated and enforced has left many staff members disappointed. People aren’t upset simply because they didn’t receive free food, they are upset because the offer appeared to be applied differently to different people. If the promotion was supposed to end early or be limited to certain people, that should have been clearly communicated and consistently enforced from the beginning. Once people were told one thing and then saw others receiving the promotion afterward, it understandably created confusion and frustration.
