You’re working, be glad you got a job, not be rude to customers who just want food. Went with my girlfriend today and got attitude for asking when are fresh fajitas available since they ran out. Absolutely trash customer service. Lazy worker replied “at least 30 mins” when I asked when can I get fajitas since they ran out. It NEVER takes that long to cook fajitas. He just was too lazy to make it and gave gross attitude. The other workers stood around and didn’t care. No respect for the customers whatsoever. HORRIBLE service! All the workers look pissed and the manager doesn’t care, even when I complained to the worker to talk the manager, NOTHING happened. They also got my food wrong and didn’t correct it in the past. Twice. Not going back until they change managers and workers. Only ever went because it’s so close to me. I’ll be driving to the farther Chipotle now! Check the negative reviews on here or on Yelp. I’m not the only one. I’d give ZERO stars if I could. Worst chipotle. Do NOT go here until they change managers and workers.
