I’ve been a regular Chipotle customer for years and have easily spent thousands of dollars at Chipotle, so I’m not someone who complains over small things. However, my experience at this location has been consistently disappointing. Today, I ordered a bowl and was given literally two pieces of sliced chicken. The portions at this location are consistently poor compared to other Chipotle locations, and the overall experience has been frustrating. The restaurant is often dirty, the staff can be rude and unwelcoming, and the quality of service simply does not match what I’ve come to expect from Chipotle. I recently moved to the area and was actually excited to have a Chipotle so close to my home. Unfortunately, this location has completely changed my opinion. I’ve given it multiple chances, but after today’s experience, I can honestly say I will not be returning to this location. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, because this location has a lot of room for improvement.
