  I stopped by this Chipotle on my way home from work yesterday and had a great experience. The burrito bowl I ordered was made with generous portions of chicken, rice, and beans, all perfectly seasoned. What really impressed me was how quickly they got my order ready - in just under 3 minutes, the cashier handed it over to me along with a free drink. The service was fast and friendly, making this stop one of the best meals I've had on my lunch break in ages.

  I tried the sweet honey hot sauce bowl and loved it. I love this mess. We put it in a bowl, and it all tastes so good.

  This place is so bad, words can almost not describe it. It’s like the staff just stepped off a spaceship from Mars last week. 1. All their doors were locked at 9:15 pm. I gestured to one of the employees who made a gesture that I should just pull the door. Then I had to bang on the glass and she finally came over. She opened the door and said nothing. I said “Your doors are locked.” Just stares at me and then says something about “they must have accidentally locked them.” Then she proceeds to go back to what she was doing, not telling anyone. The doors were still locked when I left. 2. The rice was old and disgusting. I asked if they have any fresher rice. The employee seemed confused about what I was asking. Just walked out at that point. 3. Not my first time here. They are consistently one of the worst restaurants I’ve literally ever been to. I’ve had nearly inedible food on several occasions. But the doors being locked and employees somehow not realizing they need to like.. unlock them? For customers to enter? Baffling.

  Worst chipotle I ever been too I’m never going back to this location. they’re too stingy with they’re meat and food. horrible customer service I came to this restaurant for lunch unlike every chipotle there is this specific location with them being known for being stingy with they’re meat already this location was overboard stingy with every thing on the menu even the rice. I asked for a bowl and 4 tacos they was so stingy with the meat so I payed for extra meat. They literally only put a couple pieces of meat in my bowl I payed for steak and chicken the almost of meat they put in my bowl was ridiculous I never seen a chipotle put only that many pierces in a bowl there was more rice in than chicken and steak. Instead of 4 tacos they gave me 3. So I drove all the way back to chipotle and asked for my extra taco they didn’t want to help me and they said they couldn’t do nothing and based off what they saw in the camera they said they couldn’t do anything for me they said they gave me 4 tacos which was not accurate they gave me only 3 and I payed for 4. The worker didn’t want to help me at all they over charged me for less. I’m never coming back to this chipotle ever again horrible customer service.
