- HBHailey BankerSep 23, 20261.0I come to this location quite often, as I work in the area. However, my last visit was far from pleasant. I had placed an order on the app for a set time. I arrived at that time and had to wait, which is no problem because sometimes I know it takes a few minutes. But there was also a crowd of people also waiting for their pickups so the wait was longer than usual. Twenty minutes later, the crowd had dispersed and my order still was not ready. The worker I had asked told me they were "working on it", but I could see the counter and none of the orders they were currently preparing were mine. After waiting thirty minutes total, I finally got my order. The worker gave me a free large fountain drink and free chips as an apology which I appreciated, but that doesn't give me the time back because at that point I had to return to work. I understand it was a peak time and they get busy, but thirty minutes is a little ridiculous. Next time I will go through the line but I will not do app pickup again.

Was ready the whole time but the young hispanic worker mistakenly said order was not ready multiple times, even saying they ran out of chicken and it was being worked on. Poor staff training and not even an apology for the mistake.
