You would think the service would be down to a science. Not so much... Unless you have all day to kill, not hAngry or in a rush i wouldn't try to stand in line or order for pick up. I ordered ahead to save time only to stand around for 15+ minutes in a crowd of others waiting for mobile orders. Non of the staff bothered to inquire whether anyone is waiting on their food, avoiding eye contact. Finally i spoke up (as no one else would) only to find my meal was sitting there THE WHOLE TIME! SO INFURIATING!!!!!!!

One of the team members, Shane, was being extremely rude and short-tempered with the customers, and he even had a terrible attitude with me. I have never in my life witnessed someone be so despicable towards another human being, and the fact that Chipotle allows this is disheartening. I will not be returning to this Chipotle, as I didn't even feel comfortable eating my food after this interaction. As much money as I spend at Chipotle, I was not treated how a valued customer should be. I was able to visibly see how, when Shane walked out, the entire mood in the Chipotle shifted as his terrible attitude began to affect the positive atmosphere Chipotle usually has. It is ridiculous that he is still allowed to work here after the many different complaints he has received. I looked on the Chipotle website to see if I was the only one, and many people have also complained about him as well. I surely hope something is done at that Chipotle soon, as I love going there, but as long as he works there, I will no longer be spending my money.
