Shane is checking temps on everything and not lending a hand. Standing in the way. When worker politely asks if there’s anyone else coming in to help he openly scoffs and belittles her “no, it’s the weekend”. This is in full view of customers. After my order I let him know he should be helping her make burritos. That’s what a good manager would do when a coworker is in the weeds. He stared at me blankly, also condescending. To the girl working the line: you’re better than that place. To corporate: You should strive to be better than Shane.
