  The experience is abysmal at this location. The dining area is a set up in such a sterile, hostile and uninviting way there are 3 tables next to a window where the sun comes in so aggressively and intensely. Any business would have noticed that and thought wow we should maybe provide blinds for the harsh light or umbrellas outside but clearly this is kept this way to get you to get your food and get out. Then there is the portion sizes. I know everyone complains about them everywhere but no this place takes the prize for meager portions. I was shocked when I opened my order. Just straight up playing in my face I swear the rice side had two tablespoons spoons worth of rice and the beans were filled halfway and a portion of that was just the bean juice! Yes they are very busy but that is not an excuse to skimp out. Honestly go anywhere else. Panda Express or cava down the street because charging for tablespoons for food is crazy. The workers were all nice but you can tell management is cheap and on top of them to keep portions small. Think of this location more as a burrito/slop bowl vending machine rather than a restaurant or somewhere to ever dine in. Will not be coming back. Terrible environment and pathetic portions.

  Decided to keep things pretty simple and got a chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, cheese, and mild salsa. Everything tasted fresh and the chicken had plenty of flavor. The portion was just right and didn't feel skimpy at all. Service was friendly and straightforward. I'd definitely come back.

  This place is horrible, the one with the eye tattoo was rude for no reason, and the other girl manning the register also had an attitude while chatting with a coworker most of the time. Genuinely the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

  I was honestly surprised to see this location had a 4.0 , because the quality of food & service is definitely a 1 . The servers are so rude as if they’re mad they have to work when they choose to work at this location . I asked for queso dip and this girl had the audacity to catch an attitude with me because I requested a side of queso without THE RED MEAT . She had the nerve to tell me “ that’s how it comes “ & I immediately told her no it’s not , can you check the back for meatless queso dip . This is cross contamination !!! She dipped the meat all the way inside of the dip so whoever went that day & doesn’t eat meat probably got sick based off her being messy & not wanting to change the dip out . I was dissatisfied all the way around to the point where I took a picture & I’m leaving this review . Do better you millennials.
