She doesn’t make eye contact. I don’t know why she’s in food service/ customer service if she acts this way. Please do better with your employees. People who enjoy customer service will gladly take her job

The staff does a great job keeping things moving, and the quality is exactly what you’d expect. However, there is a consistent downside to the experience. It is very common to have individuals experiencing homelessness enter the dining area, which often brings in a very strong, lingering odor that makes it difficult to enjoy a meal. It would be a significant improvement if the location could implement some form of security or a policy to prevent this, as it really detracts from what is otherwise a great restaurant.
