The employees will literally ignore you for 10 minutes when there’s NO LINE, then finally come over just to tell you to check whether the things you want are even still available. The service is unbelievably bad and the food quality is noticeably worse than every other Chipotle I’ve been to. Everything feels poorly managed and nobody seems to care. Go to literally any other Chipotle!

I waited outside for the shop to open, but the door remained locked even after 10:00 AM. I asked the staff inside to open the door, but they completely ignored me—acting as if I didn't exist—and didn't let me in. Another customer arrived at 10:07 AM, and we waited together; only then did a staff member finally open the door. When I asked why they hadn't opened on time, I received no response. My food wasn't ready either, so I had to wait a while longer before I could finally get it. This is the second time I’ve experienced something like this. I could have understood a slight delay if someone inside had simply let me know, but I am angry at the attitude of completely ignoring a customer waiting right outside.
