My doordash pick up was 25 minutes late even though on doordash it said “ready for pickup up.” Extremely bad customer service. Everyone was rude. The employee sweeping and the one handing me my food. No sorry for the wait, which is barely minimum. Definitely will be changing locations. And the sticker on the top of my pickup bag? If you truly don’t want to work in customer service , then don’t. I will be switching locations. And the cherry on top, they gave me the wrong order. Never had such a bad experience in my life. Thankfully, doordash gave me a refund for the bowl. Chipotle, please manage your employees better because this is ridiculous.

No one said anything even when they were making my food they had no eye contact. They said not one word to me not even thank you when I purchased the food. They just rolled their eyes at me as I walked out of the door. I said thank you still no acknowledgment. That is terrible service
