    This restaurant on its own already has a high menu price. It’s just even higher at the airport, which is a given. So the rating is solely for the food/service not taking into account the price. Overall, the service is decent. The cashier was ok, but I could definitely tell he was overwhelmed from how busy it was. They did mess up our order slightly by giving fries instead of mac & cheese, but that was easily fixed. No utensils in the bag so I did have to go up there yet again to receive a fork. They don’t really tell you if you order a drink from the case not the fountain you must grab it yourself. If you want a fountain drink refill, they do charge nearly $2 which is a bit insane. I really like the concept of tossing the chicken tenders in a dry seasoning rub. I’ll have to try that at home myself sometime. They have different spice levels. The dipping sauces are also pretty good too. The chicken is crispy, juicy and flavorful. The fries are also very crispy. I’m a sucker for a baked mac & cheese and I also like that this restaurant uses a different type of noodle than your classic shell or elbow pasta. Overall, I probably would not go to this specific location again (solely bc of the higher price than other locations), but every once in a while it is nice as a treat.

    Food was delicious but $28 for a combo (chicken sandwich, fry, small drink) and still wanted an extra dollar for a drink refill - food was great but not for the price, which was completely unreasonable

    The OG sandwich was small and empty, fries were okay. My wife got the salad which was not great either. Extremely overpriced and they charge for everything, even fountain drink refills, which they don’t tell you and it’s not listed on the menu. Employees are rude, all around negative experience, do not recommend.
