I took the time to complete the survey at home and never received an email for my free sandwich. Disappointing when someone promises something and they don’t deliver.

Never said it would be an extra charge Also I did not want a bag but they said I had to pay for one anyway This is illegal Not telling the customers about extra charges and then sneaking them on the bill... You can't charge a customer for a bag if they don't want a bag!! Poorly trained employees here
