- MSMike Singh1 day ago2.0I didn’t love ordering. I felt like I had to ask a bunch of questions. I ordered chicken strips with ranch and buffalo sauce, a small Mac n cheese, and a drink. I got my order and checked the bag, no fork. (How do i eat the Mac n cheese?) No sauce (even though it says 2 sauces on the receipt ON THE BAG). Then i leave and discover no napkins and no straw for my drink. It’s like they straight up gave me the bare minimum.

The chicken is very tasty, crispy on the outside and surprisingly tender on the inside. I’m not sure what they use to achieve that texture, but it really stands out. In my opinion, it’s better than most typical burger chains in terms of flavor and overall quality. That said, I do wish it felt a bit healthier, as it’s clearly more of an indulgent choice than an everyday meal. Overall, a solid and satisfying fast-food experience.

When I returned it, I then received a Grilled Chicken Sandwich with “Colby Jack Cheese.” Adrian, the cashier, was extremely friendly at the window, but after the manager took the incorrect sandwich back from me with a haste apology, I’m disappointed that the second order of the sandwich was still not correct for the $25 meal I paid for. I would have felt bad for the cashier (Adrian) to have had to send the order back yet another time, when it seems like the food handling employees are not checking the orders for accuracy. The original sandwich box I sent back had “GRL Club + Am” on it, and the second sandwich was still not right.
