  This place has horrible service. I almost always use the app to order drinks to go. 3 weeks ago, I ordered a frosted drink. Arrived and waited 22 minutes for my order to be completed. Today, I walked in, sat down, and it was 10 minutes before a tall, skinny man with light brown hair, asked for my name. I provided it to him and sat down to wait. He loitered about the space, filled to cups with soda, and 10 minutes later I was still waiting. A manager walked up to me, asked my name, I provided it to her, and she said it would be a few minutes. I finally stood up, walked over the counter and waited. Finally, the same tall skinny guy who had been unresponsive several minutes later, handed me my drink, didn't say thank you and looked annoyed. This is the only location I have visited where service is truly deficient and apparently, the managers don't seem to take care or take notice.

  Haven’t been to Chick-fil-A in a long time. Was driving by, saw this location, and decided to stop because there’s a huge free parking lot nearby. I’m not really a fast food person, but sometimes you just want something quick and simple. The place itself is newer, which is definitely a plus. Clean, organized, friendly staff — but honestly that’s pretty much expected from Chick-fil-A these days. Nothing amazing, nothing bad either. Just a solid normal experience. One small thing I appreciated — they gave me two sauces instead of one. I don’t remember if they charge for extras or not, but little things like that are nice.

  Great food with consistently friendly service! The chicken sandwiches are always delicious, and I love their waffle fries. It can get busy during peak hours, but it’s definitely worth the wait!

  This has been the worst experience I've had at any chick fil a. Had to wait about 15 min for my order to be ready AND this store doesn't even have a drive thru AND there werent many people inside. So not sure why it took so long. I thought I should check my order before I left but thought it should be fine. Drove 12 min back to the hotel and my order was wrong. Had to drive back to chick-fil-a and have them correct it. I also ask to have my entire order replaced because now it's been almost 30 min since I left the first time. When I did ask she had a look like I was crazy but she did put in the order. I do travel for work and usually have good service at all the stores I've been to. Hopefully it was an off day for this store and don't have many issues like this.
