Wasn't greeted and wasn't even sure if i was at the right spot for pick up orders but if you see someone that no one has spoken to, you asked if they've been helped. Pretty basic. Waited till the app said my order was ready and once it said it was i saw it right there on the counter. Employees passing me left and right i had to ask someone can i get my order thats right there. These kids need some hospitality and basic food service training.

The restaurant is thoughtfully decorated, creating a much warmer atmosphere than a typical fast-food chain. Each table is decorated with glass bottles and fresh roses, adding a surprisingly elegant and romantic touch to the dining area. The interior features modern décor, comfortable seating, and plenty of power outlets along the walls, making it a convenient place to enjoy a meal, study, or get some work done. Families will also appreciate the indoor playground, which gives children a fun place to play while parents relax. I happened to visit on Cow Appreciation Day, and it turned into a memorable experience. I decided to call after the second driver waited a while, as the app instructs me to call the store, and got this rude person that hung up on me. He told me that the Chick-Fil-A app doesn’t have a delivery option (it does) and that my food has been given to a driver. On the app it showed my third driver was waiting for the food and I expressed that. I also told him the Chick-Fil-A app led me to call them if I had issues with my order. I was calm/didnt yell or curse and he hung up on me. Of course I’m upset, so I go to the store to talk to a manger… She said her name was Rosie… She didn’t apologize on behalf of the employee/try to see who it was that answered that call, was extremely defensive/rude, just not the type of service I’d expect/have ever received from Chick-Fil-A! My third driver from Door Dash let me know that Chick-Fil-A cancelled my order as they had given my food to someone else and that he would reach out to Door Dash! This experience was terrible, Chick-Fil-A on Western… Do better, Rosie does not need to be in leadership. She was snappy and didn’t care about my experience.
