  I had such a great experience at CAVA thanks to Ty and Unique! They greeted me with so much happiness and positive energy from the moment I walked in. Both were incredibly sweet, welcoming, and provided amazing customer service. It’s always nice to be helped by people who genuinely make you feel welcome. Thank you, Ty and Unique, for making my visit such a pleasant one! 😊

  Had the absolute worst experience at this location. Walked in and was immediately greeted by the most rude employee. Her name was Unique. Treated us completely rude the entire time when we were treating her with kindness, for example she literally gave us attitude and rude looks just for asking for avocado on our bowls. On another note the manager was standing in view as well laughing and not acknowledging that her employees were being extremely rude to customers (because there were a few). Completely disappointed and will not be back.

  Dasha is so sweet, helpful and beautiful! She recommended a new sauce and encouraged me to try things I wouldn’t have. It was delicious. She’s a keeper!!

  I went into Cava and these two wonderful employees Dasha and Jayla went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. From explaining items I asked about and making sure I would be satisfied with my bowl. Some of the best customer experience I’ve had in a long time. I would definitely be coming back here again. Thank you again Dasha and Jayla for being amazing and making sure I had a pleasant visit. Approved by the man the myth the legend Jesus🤙🏽

  The customer service from the people in the front was okay but the environment was very unwelcoming. No one greeted me as I walked into the restaurant like they usually do on other days that i’ve been here. The worker helping me was very monotone, didn’t even look like they wanted to be there. They didn’t have the protein I wanted ready and they added a topping I did not want but I let it be as it was no big deal but the customer service was just not good. After today’s experience I am not sure I want to come back or recommend this location to anyone.
