  This was my first time at Cava, and the staff were exceptional. Great customer service, clean store and I’m so excited to try my salad! A special shout out to Michelle and Viri! Very great experience!!

  Excellent experience! My server, BEN, was nothing short of amazing. Exceptional customer service! My first cava visit so I wasn’t familiar with any of the food items or the meal prep process. Ben took the time out to explain every phase and also gave me top customer choices and some of his favorites! My bowl turned out great! Big thanks to Ben and team for such a great experience for my friend and I!

  I really don’t like leaving reviews like this, but the CAVA in Hollywood has honestly been getting worse each time I go. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with pickup orders here, but today’s experience was especially disappointing. My order was supposed to be ready around 12:01pm, and when I got there at 12:06pm, it wasn’t on the pickup shelf. When I asked about it, the employee I spoke to was pretty rude and just told me to look to the left for pickup orders. When I checked again, she basically said that meant they hadn’t made it yet. I then watched them try to make my two bowls and mess them up multiple times before finally getting the order out around 12:21pm. They also didn’t call out my name when it was ready, so I had to go up and ask if it was mine. The most frustrating part is that when I got home, both bowls were still wrong and missing 4 ingredients. I totally understand that places get busy and mistakes happen, but the whole experience felt careless from start to finish, and it’s frustrating that this keeps happening at this location. Really disappointing and definitely not worth my time or money.

  The staff is incredibly rude and not helpful at all. Anytime I’ve placed an app pick up order I get met with a pointed attitude and nasty comments when I ask to grab a pick up order. The women today were making snippy comments and being unhelpful, I had to wait nearly 30 minutes for an order that should’ve been ready when I arrived.

  Yesterday, my family and I visited this establishment hoping to enjoy a nice Sunday together. We were sitting by the window, watching the sunset, when an alarming situation unfolded near the cash register. We witnessed a man arguing with a manager on duty. The situation quickly escalated, with the man making threats and using inappropriate language. Unfortunately, the manager also responded by yelling and using profanity. This back-and-forth created a very uncomfortable and unsafe environment, especially for my children, who had to hear the exchange. At one point, another manager told the man to leave and physically pushed him out. However, the situation did not end there he returned shortly after with another individual, and the disturbance continued, becoming even louder and more disruptive. My family felt scared, disappointed, and uneasy during this time. Eventually, a different manager stepped in and was able to de-escalate the situation calmly and professionally. Someone also called the police, which helped restore a sense of safety. I truly appreciated the way this manager handled the situation and brought things under control. That said, the behavior displayed by the other managers involved was unprofessional and contributed to the escalation rather than resolving it. It was not the kind of environment any customer especially families should have to experience. Because of this incident, I do not plan to return.
