  Had such a great experience here! Dylan was especially helpful and provided amazing customer service from start to finish. The whole staff was also incredibly hardworking — they were moving nonstop, staying on top of everything, and still making sure everyone was taken care of even with how fast-paced it was. Really appreciated how efficient and friendly the whole team was!

  The lentils will break your tooth! They are undercooked. Hard. Its as if they pour it straight out the box. Terrible terrible terrible. Order anything but the lentils.

  My rice was so hard it almost broke my tooth. I tried Calling in multiple times to let them know but got no answer.. The line kept dropping.. I won’t be eating here again.

  Surrounded by so many other options, in the USC square, this Cava is still a top go to for a good healthy meal. The staff and management are super cool. Patient with the deciding process of these delicious options. No meal has to be the same. Ooo and not forgetting the price is fair for students on a budget.

  Extremely slow service. Staff is actively trying to avoid contact with you if you are picking up your order. From what i saw, manager of this location doesn’t care much either. I saw 2 employees that are running back and forth trying to serve the long line of customers and trying to prepare online orders, while there were 2 other employees that are just there? The food itself is great, but portions are small.
