  Had a great experience at CAVA in Porter Ranch! The food was fresh and really good, and the service was amazing. Kaylie and Lanie were super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back!

  This was my second time going into this location. I enjoyed it immensely, the food was good, however, the chicken can taste a little burnt at times. Gerson helped me out and was very helpful with my decisions. I would come back again.

  The dinner was yummy. Thank u for serving fresh meals and your server PAM is spectacular- her demeanour and customer service skills were soo warm , soothing. We ordered strawberry steak salad- loved it although tiny sweet suggestion - if there could be fresh juicy strawberries on too with garlic dressing- it would be such a delight. Thank u💐

  Came by Cava for the first time with my husband and had a memorable experience. I had seen mixed reviews saying staff are rude, but that was not our experience at all. The employee who helped us was Natalie, who I believe is one of the managers there. After we mentioned it was our first time, she walked us through how the menu and service work. She was very nice and helpful, and managed to help us quickly with no rush even during busy traffic. In fact, the line still moved quickly which demonstrates the teamwork involved. We were grateful to her and the team! I also want to clarify something from other reviews about the topping portions: customers are allowed unlimited toppings, so you can always ask for more! A few highlights: the pita chips were absolutely delicious and fresh, something I would go back for on their own. We also tried the blueberry lavender and cucumber lime drinks, both very refreshing. We are excited to stop by again!!

  We drove from Simi Valley to eat here (we often do) and are never disappointed with the food or service. The food tonight was fresh and delicious and Pam was amazing - she originally finished off the chicken with my order but then the fresh batch came out and she offered to switch it out for me so I could have the fresh chicken like my husband was getting. She was so sweet and friendly.
