  Extremely rude staff and overpriced food. I had to wait 10 minutes to be handed my pickup order that I had already paid for, despite there being 4 staff members behind the counter and only 1 other customer in the restaurant. When I called to report the incident to a manager, the manager on duty, one of the staff members who ignored me for 10 minutes, started yelling at me and falsely accusing me of "snatching" my order from the one staff member who eventually handed it to me.

  Not my taste. Suppose to be healthy but fried and oily. I took the glazed salmon, it was too salty and tasted like the ocean. My daughter took the lamb, which had loo much seasonings. The eggplant had too much garlic, and everything had too much spices. First and last visit.

  This is my fav CAVA location around me. Hakima and the whole staff are super helpful, kind, and patient yet quick! The perfect spot for a lunch outing or a quick lunch break. Thank you for always providing great service and delicious food. The Harissa Avocado salad is my fav! :)

  I love CAVA! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and filling without feeling too heavy. I love that you can customize your bowl exactly how you want it, and there are so many good toppings and sauces to choose from. The portions are great, the ingredients taste fresh, and the service is always quick and friendly. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I want something healthy but still really good!

  I had such a great experience at CAVA in Century City! The service was genuinely fantastic from start to finish. The entire restaurant was extremely clean, organized, and well-maintained, and the staff made the atmosphere feel really welcoming. I especially want to recognize the manager, Hakima. He was absolutely wonderful so friendly, patient, attentive, and genuinely kind. He took his time helping us and made sure we had a great experience without ever making us feel rushed. You can really tell when someone cares about the customers and the environment they’re managing, and that definitely came through. Overall, amazing customer service, a super clean location, and such a positive experience. Hakima and the team really made this CAVA stand out. I’ll definitely be coming back! 10/10 experience. 😆💗
