  Kayla was the best and Very attentive. The appetizers were great and came out fast. The Bww sauce is bomb!!! Had to flex this onion ring cluster in the video The drinks took quite a while but I’ll give them grace since they just opened and had just one bar tender the whole evening after a USC graduation. Hopefully mgmt hires more folks to welcome the new traffic

  Walked into the establishment there was no hostess to greet us or sit us down. I asked a server about it and she said sit anywhere. We sat by the bar. About 5 to 10 minutes go by no one says anything or acknowledges us. I ask a server that walks by if anyone is going to come help us and she said " let me tell the bar tender because he is suppose to take care of this area. " we decide to move and go to a table. About another 5 minutes goes by and finally a server comes and take our order. Theres two different servers and I dont think they knew what they were doing or who was actually going to take the table. So the first girl bring us the drinks but she brought us the wrong drinks. Then later the second girl comes and says " oh yeah the other girl brought you the wrong drinks. These are yours" finally our food comes out and we eat it. Food was decent. Just service was horrible. I been to a lot of BWW in las vegas and never got this type of service. I guess this is the California experience. Definitely won't come back.

  Im hoping whoever reads this review in management cant really pay attention. Location is awesome and im very very happy this spot opened. The problem is ur locations is always understaffed. Food takes foreveeeeer to be brought to our table, drinks take foreveeer, servers are no where to be found cause they so busy doing so much. Third time ive been here and is always the same. Like i said, servers are doing their job, good service, but u have them, running around doing way too much. Have more staff!! Have runners bringing the drinks, the food. If u dont believe me and others who have said the same, send someone u know come and have the experience. U losing money by making people wait so long to get their drinks and food. Customer service should be ur number one priority. Hope u paying attention..

  First time here. And I'm so annoyed. Order online around 6:15pm. App Said order will be ready by 7:10. Got to the restaurant around 7:20, food wasn't ready. We got told 10 more minutes. We finally got our food at 7:50. Rush home, I'm only 6 min away. Got home and realized they never game me the drinks. Food was cold, so it wasn't just made, and my wings order was all wrong. Worst experience to be the first time here......

  This location has only been open for a week, and after anticipating its opening since August 2025, I’m disappointed that it hasn’t met even basic service expectations or food safety standards. In just one week, there have already been two cases of suspected food poisoning—one involving me and another involving my friend. On Sunday, April 19, I came in around 5:00 PM and ordered the mango habanero wings. About four hours later, I became very nauseous and ended up vomiting three times, which I believe was due to food poisoning. I don’t usually make a big deal out of situations like this, but the same thing happened to my friend the previous Monday after she ordered the Parmesan boneless wings. On top of that, I’ve heard multiple reports of poor service. One friend mentioned they didn’t receive a cup of water until their bill arrived, while another said they ordered a chicken sandwich, waited, and were then told the restaurant had run out of chicken. Overall, this experience has been very disappointing, especially for a newly opened establishment. As a member of the USC community I ask that you guys improve your standards immediately or else my peers and community members will continue to become sick and receive bad service.
