- HAhi all3 days ago5.0I’ve been to this location a few times and it’s always been a very clean and pleasant experience. But what made me sit and write this review was the wonderful experience I had with the wonderful Beach at the Hollywood location! I called to inquire about a flavor I had had months ago. She was just wrapping up an interaction with an in-store customer so I caught the end of her conversation with them, which was a cheerful and professional goodbye. Already a super impression! And then she answered the phone and was just as cheerful, friendly, and professional with me. She answered my question about the ice cream flavor I was on the hunt for, and even gave me an explanation for why I might not have been able to find it. She also informed me of the reason for the flavor rebrand (Razz Up, go vote!). She was so so friendly and informative that I just had to call back to get her name to let her know that she made such a positive impact on me and gave me an extremely favorable impression on Ben and Jerry’s (which I’m already a fan of). Beach, thank you so much for your time and energy!!!!!! Ben and Jerry’s management, please give her a raise!!!!

I had called ahead to let her know our school had experienced a massive phishing scam the day prior, it was a whole ordeal. One of our staff members joked that after such a rough day, Ben & Jerry's "Phish" Food would make us all feel better. So I called and asked if there was enough of that flavor for 30 staff, she thought it was funny and said she'd have it ready in 25 minutes! And she really did, she had freshly made the waffle cones for us too! Thank you, Natasha!!!
