  The staff here are from God knows where and were unbelievably aggressive. And I did not confuse this shop, . And as an owner you did receive a phone call unless the woman I spoke to pretended they own the place. You had a Persian accent as well, unless I was speaking to an imposter, This happened about 2years ago I was so traumatized that I didn’t even want to bring it up, a friend pushed me to write the review I ordered an ice cream and paid for it, it was the wrong flavor they gave me so I asked to change it, but my Uber arrived before I could wait for the order. The girl serving me told me I could come back the next day and receive my refund, and I trusted her. I thanked her and left.The following night, I returned and politely asked for my money back. A male staff member immediately looked at me with hostility and aggressively told me that what I was saying was false. Another employee who had been there the previous night stepped in and confirmed that I was telling the truth and that I had never received my order. after being corrected by his coworker, he became even more confrontational, got in my face, and refused to refund my money. Then another staff member came over acting completely unprofessional, getting right up in my personal space as if she wanted to start a fight. She kept yelling at me to get out of her face while she was the one invading my space.The entire situation felt incredibly ghetto, chaotic, and hostile. The staff were yelling, gaslighting me, and trying to make me feel like I was making the whole thing up despite another employee confirming exactly what happened. The security guard then started yelling at me as well without even bothering to understand what the issue was. was furious and left. I later found the owner’s number and called her. She told me she could mail me the money, but when I asked what she intended to do about the shocking behavior of her staff, she became defensive and offensive. She said she wasn’t going to hold her staff accountable just because I complained, then hung up on me. I never received my refund, and nobody was held accountable.From the owner to the staff, there was absolutely no professionalism, no customer service, and no accountability. Just low class behavior, aggression, yelling, gaslighting, and complete disrespect. An insane and sickening experience that I would not wish on anyone.

  My favorite ice cream ever, I recommend you to try the salted caramel and the American dream flavors I love them 😍 Just a warning: once you try it, you'll addict it

  This store out of all the BEN AND JERRY'S I been too has the worst staff especially that blonde haired lady they tried not letting me use my e -gift cards there saying that the owner doesn't want us accepting digital e-:gift cards everybody uses gift cards but she truly dearly tried to refuse service not cool avoid this store
