We had the freezer door open because we were trying to get an ice cream cake and she yelled at us to close it because it's a freezer and it needs to be closed. My husband and I were in shock we were with our 1 year old baby. We told her she was being rude and that she needs better customer service but she basically kicked us out. Idk if she was having a bad day or if that's just her nasty attitude but that's not right. She needs to be fired!!!! We ended up just leaving because that was very disrespectful and unacceptable. Stay away from this place!!!!!

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
