I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. My friend and I came in and ordered their new Biscoff milkshake. The employee at the register didn’t make it correctly—he left out the Biscoff butter sauce and even admitted it. We didn’t make a big deal about it and just asked him to put some on top. Fine. We stepped outside, my friend took ONE sip, and immediately realized he didn’t like the drink. We went right back inside and asked if we could exchange it for a mangonada, which costs significantly less than the Biscoff shake. We weren’t even asking for the price difference back. We just wanted a different drink. The cashier made the mangonada, so we assumed everything was understood. Then he handed it to us and asked us to pay for it. When we explained again that we wanted to exchange the Biscoff shake, he told us they couldn’t do that because my friend had already taken a sip. Okay, fair enough—except then he explained that when customers return drinks that HAVEN’T been “touched,” they put those already those already-made drinks in the freezer and save them for the NEXT CUSTOMER. Excuse me??? Regardless of whether someone took a sip, storing a drink that has already been handed to a customer is incredibly concerning and, frankly, sounds unsanitary. I genuinely could not believe they admitted that to us. Eventually they let us take the mangonada without paying, but the entire interaction made it seem like we were trying to steal something. We weren’t asking for a free drink. The original drink wasn’t made correctly, my friend didn’t like it, and we immediately brought it back and asked to exchange it for something CHEAPER. If exchanges weren’t allowed but a refund was possible, they could have simply explained that and offered us a refund. Instead, the whole situation became unnecessarily uncomfortable. And honestly, the most concerning part wasn’t even the exchange. BEWARE: According to the employee we spoke with, this location keeps already-made drinks that customers return, stores them in the freezer, and may give them to another customer later. I don’t care if the drink supposedly wasn’t “touched.” Once a drink has been handed to a customer and leaves your control, why would you serve it to someone else? They also weren't wearing gloves. That alone is enough for me to never come back.

This location has gone downhill tremendously and strictly due to customer service and cleanliness. We visit pretty frequently and there's one particular supervisor who is consistently rude, does not want to help customers, and refused to answer questions about cake orders. I don't typically write negative reviews, but please save yourself the headache and disappointment. Visit a different location for a better experience.
