The cake looked nothing like advertised almost like off white color, and there was no apology or effort to fix it. I also bought ice cream and wasn’t even offered a scoop for free after the issue. When I asked to add “Happy Birthday,” on the cake I was told only certain colors were available Red or Royal Blue no basic options like black or white. Poor customer service and communication. Would not recommend & beware of ordering a cake.

Before I knew it, the family behind me was being served. The employee that was assisting me suddenly started taking a drive-thru order and disregarded me. The third employee wasn't taking in-store or drive-thru orders, however she was standing behind the counter. I ended up walking out feeling invisible.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
