    I should have read the reviews before I walked in. Ice Cream always made me feel better especially on this particular day... I was craving for icecream and saw BB, got super excited then the whole excitement just got shut down by poor customer service, staff attitude, impatient and unhelpful.... total disappointment! It's a long story but she got me at "that's a scoop, i can scoop it again and it will be the same!" - after she twirled the top icecream around with the spoon ( scooping up and down) and with the intention to still give it to me. Im not spending a cent on that plus I didnt come to pay for attitude! didnth think twice to walk out! May not be much for 2 cups but that's your bottom line right there!

    I visited Baskin-Robbins and had an uncomfortable experience regarding food safety and hygiene. The employee preparing my ice cream was handling orders, touching surfaces and door handles, and then preparing the cone without washing hands or wearing gloves. Their fingers also touched the cone and ice cream directly. I decided not to complete my purchase and left. I just hope management can provide better food safety training and reinforce proper handwashing and glove practices to help maintain sanitary conditions for customers.

    First time going to this location tonight on 5/6/26 at 8:00PM to order a cake for an event and the girl with orange hair and lip filler about to burst from her face attended us. I’ve never been to a Baskin Robbins were the staff gave stank face off the bat and had so much attitude. My mom asked her a question about the ice cream and this girl answers every question like we’re supposed to know. We left immediately after I can deal if people give me attitude but my parent? Really. Not coming back again thanks I’ll stick to the Venice location.

    Today around 5:30 PM at a Baskin-Robbins store in Los Angeles I had a very unpleasant experience. I wanted to buy a small ice cream because I only wanted something small. The employee first showed me one that cost $6.90, but then he tried to charge me more than $10 for the same order. When I asked why the price was different, he became rude and offensive. He told me that I “don’t know how to read” and that I should look at the signs. I told him that if he knew how to read, then he should explain what the sign says. He also said he was going to charge me “two taxes” for changing the order. When I told him that if he was going to charge me the price of a large order then I preferred to receive a large one, he refused to make it. Then he told me he would not prepare the order and told me to leave the store. In the end he charged me the $6 price, but during the whole interaction he was rude, offensive, and unprofessional.
