  Sawtelleにあるカフェ☕️ 店内はお洒落ですが、外にしか席がないのが少し残念。アイスラテは美味しかったです！

  The Saturday morning staff is plenty friendly and always accommodating of our very large post-gym group. The coffee is fine, nothing revolutionary but reliable. Unfortunately the parking is atrocious. The attendants show up on no set schedule and will charge you $5 even if you didn’t get a ticket so you can’t get it validated. When asked what their hours of operation are, since they decided to show up to work today and charge everyone, they said, “sometimes 9, sometimes 10, sometimes 11.” $5 for 15 minutes of parking is absurd - particularly without notice or opportunity to validate or plan to leave within the allotted time because the workers decided to show up late to work. There are plenty of other better options nearby with reliable, consistent parking. A shame Alfred suffers the consequences but the business needs to take it up with the building because we have been scammed by the parking attendants one too many times and will never be coming back.

  After tipping them they gave me the wrong drink without cloud foam. Went all the way back and they didn’t even apologize or take ownership. Instead they were just going to dump some cloud foam on the drink. Then i asked for a mocha cause the drink tasted terrible and they charged me a dollar. What a joke. Good customer service would just eat that dollar. Not to mention when my drink was done they didn’t even tell me it was ready. I had to go ask them and they go “yep”. Complete joke. Dan don’t bother coming.
