  I really want to give a better rating because the food and the coffee are legitimately delicious but I can’t because of our experience. I asked the cashier if there was cilantro in the vegan burrito because my husband has a severe cilantro/coriander allergy and we always have to be careful when eating out. They responded “Is it on the menu?” and I said “Well, no, but sometimes is isn’t, so I want to be sure.” They said “Well, they’re pre-made, sooo…” Came home, I tasted the burrito, and it has coriander in it, so husband can’t eat it. For $54 for two coffees and two burritos, plus tip, I’d hoped for a better experience. Maybe other locations keep a list of ingredients on hand, to check for allergens but this one doesn’t.

  World Famous Vanilla latte is much worse here compared to the rodeo location At rodeo it’s a 5/5, here it is super watery 2/5

  I love alfreds! And the staff is always so warm and welcoming! I only go there once or twice a week but they treat me like im an everyday customer! And the service is always so quick!! Sometimes i see they have about a dozen mobile orders that they are preparing and i still never have to wait more than 5 minutes for my coffee and bagel. Which is honestly impressive. Another thing i like about alfreds is the taste of the coffee. Its so good. Also, their menu has gluten free and vegan options which is awesome as well!

  Abysmal and unfriendly customer service, especially for LA. You're a café and you dont know how to talk/treat people? What a joke, shame on you guys.
