  The employees at this store provide extremely poor customer service. They were rude and, when they made a drink incorrectly, initially insisted it was correct instead of simply remaking it. Even after the error was obvious, they responded sarcastically while preparing a replacement. I will not return to this Alfred Coffee location unless its customer service improves. I order here 7 days a week $ 18-$20 per day. I hope the management see this.

  This is my first time at this location. The parking around the area was okay; the coffee shop itself was spacious, and the lighting was great! Very clean, welcoming, and cozy. I got a strawberry matcha with whole milk, and it was delicious. As well as a steak burrito and a chocolate croissant. Alfred is a bit expensive and a bit overrated, but the food and drinks were worth it. The staff was friendly, the ambiance was great too, and the music choice was popping! All in all, I liked this location and look forward to coming again soon!

  Had a really good experience at Alfred Coffee in Fairfax! The coffee was really good, the atmosphere was nice, and the staff was super friendly. I also happened to meet a fellow watch friend/collector and visiting, which made the experience even better. Definitely a cool spot to grab a coffee and hang out if you’re in the area. Definitely recommend checking it out!
