  No bathrooms even for paying customers. Against the law first of all, and for someone like me with a disability I couldn’t even sit and enjoy my coffee because there’s no bathroom. Anywhere that sells food or drinks in the US must provide a washroom. Ridiculous!

  They never have croissants with matcha They only have them once a week But they should always be available—I want to eat them every day. Why do I have to wait until once a week?

  I had an uncomfortable experience at this place. I greeted the staff, but was ignored, and later received a negative rating without any explanation. When I politely asked about it, the situation became awkward instead of being clarified. I believe customers and delivery drivers deserve basic respect and communication. I hope management improves how they handle these situations.
