  Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. I’m always greeted and treated with great hospitality, especially when I’ve had questions about menu items. Definitely recommend stopping by 10/10 !

  I love this place! really welcoming and great service. I always get the iced mocha latte. I went with my friend and she loved the strawberry matcha. Irena helped us out and she was amazing.

  This girl working name Irena with migrated lip filler and a bad personality claimed my dog had to be a service dog in order for me to drink my $9 latte by the window mind you my dog is 2 pounds. Alfred’s is pet friendly I go to multiple locations in LA I’ve never experienced this type of behavior before I felt targeted and honestly made me upset she was so dismissive when I told her there’s no signs or anything online stating my dog can’t be in here my wasn’t doing anything they can check the cameras too. I’ve been a long time customer now I don’t wanna come here. Someone needs to let her know customer service matters will be letting corporate know as well I don’t appreciate being targeted. “Highland park location”

  Their wildflower honey syrup and cloud cream are to die for.. so so delicious. With matcha or a latte, I love both. I do agree with some of the reviews, the wait time in line can be a bit, and it’s usually a couple of workers there but I wouldn’t say it’s a huge deal breaker for me personally!! The girl with blonde hair is always so sweet!
