  The customer service here is severely lacking to say the least. I shopped there 2 weeks ago, I went to the personal care aisle to purchase deodorant, which they have locked behind a glass cabinet. They've removed the assistance button, so you have to look for someone who work there who has the key to the cabinet, which is an inconvenience. I asked one of the workers if she could assist me, and she said she didn't have the key, she spotted one of the workers who actually had the key, and yelled for him to help me...well, he didn't. I stood there waiting for him for nearly 10 minutes! I had to track him down myself, and i asked him if he could please open the cabinet. He had the nerve to have an attitude. He said: "I was going on break" and rolled his eyes in annoyance, and then stated: "I'll find somebody that got the key" and he walked away. I waited an additional 3 minutes, and finally the same guy with the attitude problem showed up with the key. They lock everything up, provide no assistance button, and then get an attitude with you when you ask them to open the cabinet...it doesn't make a lick of sense. I'll buy my toiletries elsewhere from now on.

  Very disappointed !!! I have tried to call the store on numerous occasions but no one ever answers the phone. Hot deli needs additional staff and their own cash register to handle the flow. The chicken seems to be the most popular item in the store. So it would make sense to have their own register and more staff in this section. The line is typically 5-8 people long and only one person assisting customers. Even if you had a “cashless” register , it would help the backlog. Once you get your food items, you then have to wait in another line at the checkout. This would not be happening in other areas of Los Angeles. Let’s all expect more from this store. Store owner/manager please consider a more efficient way of handling the hot deli counter, if nothing else. Thank you.

  Worst cake ever for a 75th birthday. I asked for rosette cake and it made with the small tip. Just sad. You be the judge. Big difference. You got to walk them through what you want disgusting.
