  Very much too much expensive items. The worst part is the security is very judgemental because I'm black my wife friend went in they're both White it just seems to me racism doesn't stop just in the world it's always around black power to the black Brothers out there phone security allows racism we didn't get a press for this long my brothers I choose Ralphs

  Only 3 out of 9 registers open at peak hour is a wild decision. Staff is super friendly, but I don’t know why the staffing is always so short here. The lines are repeatedly like this. It’s not like the staff is slow either. Just poor management decisions on scheduling. I’ve actually never seen more than three registers open. Outside the store feels unsafe. It’s a shame that it’s the closest grocery to my house because I frequently drive further away to avoid this store. The fact that I had time to think about writing this review, take a picture, proofread my review, think about posting it some more and I still have 5 people in line in front of me is unfortunate.

  ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE... I was on hold over 45 minutes for a simple question. Someone from the meat department finally answered and said he couldn't hear me. The Customer Service Department has no set time to open anymore however, the store opens at 6a. There should be someone available to answer customer calls regardless if the Customer Service Department is closed. I work overnights and I take the train. I don't want to take the chance of going to Vons when I get off work and Customer Service is closed til noon!!! It's HORRIBLE.. Management could care less...

  Visiting Long Beach and needed a grocery store for some items at the hotel room. Prices were reasonable, store was clean and laid out well. The experience was made excellent by the service. Agnes and Grant were awesome at the checkout counters, and the security staff was courteous and professional. Camille and Kai were great at the Starbucks as well. A friendly store that is well stocked and clean. What a great team!

  I'm in hour 3 of waiting in the express line to check out. There is a group of firefighters behind me looking famished just trying to buy food to sustain them. God knows how many house fires rage while we all wait for them to open a 2nd check stand. 8 vons employees stand around on there phones waiting to unlock items but won't unlock more registers. God save us all.
