  Start off by saying, that the employees park in front of the store making customers to park further in the parking lot and walk in. Dropped sauce on the floor and apologize and ask for a new sauce they said you have to pay. After paying almost $40 for a pizza that they can't give you a sauce. They just looked at me and act like I already know the answer when I asked. Poor customer service over a sauce that's only a 1.50!! Please do not attend the store it's not worth the headache and poor customer service!

  Make sure you check your Pizza before you walk out this place continuously messing up the toppings, my pizza today was missing toppings. They didn’t super supreme nothing.

  asi que boy a recoger un pedido y un empleado a pareser molesto por que llege a interumpir su charla con sus companeros comenso a dar actitud tratando de no entender el nombre de el cliente alo que le repeti el nombre 2 veces termino por decirme que no podia darme el pedido que regresara ami carro por mi bolsa y que no sabia hacer mi trabajo alo que le respondi que mejor cancelaria la orden por que se estaba muy grocero

  They do not take cash as payment even though you're able to choose cash payment at carryout. Just FYI.

  Omar (mngrI on Willow RUDE & unprofessional. I called to place order for pick up you get a call center. They send you text to confirm and it does not let you choose time. Orders said ready 11 mins. I called back to change time for 1hr and call option ( exiting order) transferred me to store , store clerk said THEY CANT MAKE CHANGE have to call back call center, then after so much back and forth I press option for NEW ORDER they COULDNT do anything transfer me back to store and Omar mngr says “NOTHING WE CAN DO ORDER READY”
