  Omar (mngrI on Willow RUDE & unprofessional. I called to place order for pick up you get a call center. They send you text to confirm and it does not let you choose time. Orders said ready 11 mins. I called back to change time for 1hr and call option ( exiting order) transferred me to store , store clerk said THEY CANT MAKE CHANGE have to call back call center, then after so much back and forth I press option for NEW ORDER they COULDNT do anything transfer me back to store and Omar mngr says “NOTHING WE CAN DO ORDER READY”

  I ordered my food online and I never received my order and I didnt get a refund either. They just said it was out of their hands. They said that the deliver driver getting the address wrong has been a reoccurring issue that they didn't think to fix by now. They didn't even think to replaced the order and it happened on my son's birthday. I felt like i just been scammed because they don't even care that they just took 38.56 from me and did nothing about it. I don't even want to go there anymore.

  The man with glasses who appears to be the manager always looks unhygienic. He touches everything and then goes straight to making the pizzas, and on top of that he is rude and arrogant. They should choose their staff more carefully. It is disgusting to go to a place where they do not care about their own hygiene or the hygiene of the food. El señor de lentes gordito que atiende siempre se mira con mala higiene, anda tocando todo y después va y hace las pizzas y todavía es prepotente deberían de elegir mejor a sus trabajadores. Es asqueroso ir a un lugar en el que no cuidan la higiene en la comida

  I placed an online order for delivery. I even received a text that stated “ your order is on the way, track it” however the status on the app after placing it said carry out update. I called them to ask why my order said carry out instead of delivery for which they stated because I ordered it that way. I told them I placed it under the delivery tab and got a text that said delivery. They stated they didn’t know why it happened but that they couldn’t change it because their delivery was through a 3rd party so it wouldn’t allow them to update. I said ok that’s fine we will pick it up but then can we have our $15 tip which should have been for the delivery driver because why would I pay them $15 if I had to pick up my own pizza. The guy said he would ask but when my husband went to pick up our order they told him there was no way to give him the $15 back. I’m sure they could have accommodated like give us a gift card at least.
