  didn't know that if you order a 3 topping it defaults to cheese and you have to call to get the additional toppings. I ordered and drove 5 minutes and it was ready. It was also cold😞, it was the worst pizza I've ever had. This location is Los Coyotes in Long Beach. I should have rated it 1 star but at least they had it ready on time.

  I redeemed an offer and placed an online order for a free medium 1-topping pizza. A couple minutes later, I received a call from this location informing me that they were "out of mediums" but could check other locations. When I signed back into my account, I found that the offer was gone, so I called the Rewards hotline to explain the situation. They advised that they were unable to reissue the offer, but it was the store's responsibility to prevent the order of an unavailable item, and should be able to take care of it. Gina answered the phone at this location and was understanding of the mix-up. She issued $15 credit to my account, which could be used for any type of pizza. I was able to get a free large, stuffed crust, 3-topping pizza instead. Thanks, Gina!

  Placed order online. Pizza that arrived was overcooked, no sauce except for on one slice, and cheese burn. I called and informed them, I was placed on hold and then the employee proceeded to argue with me. "You ordered online, and your order said easy sauce/easy cheese".. I explained that the pizza had sauce on ONE slice and was burnt. Completely inedible. So, I'm placed on hold again for Julian the Manager. Who says that I ordered the pizza this way. I told him I'd be happy to bring the pizza to his store so he could see what went out the door, and that it's inedible. Overcooked, dry and burnt. He said he could issue a credit of $13.00. I never understood why the employee and the Manager both felt they needed to argue with me... I said, can you just send a pizza made correctly? After another 5 mins on hold I hung up. Disgusted. I got no call back, no correctly made pizza, no credit. Sure wish I could post a picture of the pizza they sent
