  I bought a combo meal from this branch a week ago. After eating my meal, which was prepared by the waiter inside, I went to my car with my drink. As my drink was nearing its end, I felt a weight in the glass, and when I opened the lid, I saw what you see in the photo. I have the shopping receipt, and I've been sick at home ever since. I have severe diarrhea, a high fever, and nausea. I hope you would consider contacting me regarding this.

  I really hope this doesn’t happen to anyone ever again.. I ordered very late and I guess that’s my fault. But seriously, the lettuce was brown and it smelled SO bad. 😭😭

  Order space is way too small have to be bumping into people. Went today the ebt machine was off they should’ve advised the Customers before they were waiting 10-15 minutes tbh…

  I placed an order at the kiosk and used my receipt to complete the survey for a free burger on my next purchase. When I went to place the second order, another customer began cursing at me and questioning why I was ordering more food after already receiving an order. I calmly explained that I had a coupon and was placing a separate order. He then became aggressive and attempted to fight me. During the incident, the security guard stood by and did nothing to de-escalate the situation. Instead, he initially tried to remove me before properly assessing what was happening. He also appeared distracted on his phone and did not handle the matter professionally. The manager was ultimately helpful, but the situation should never have been allowed to escalate that far. I would like to report the security guard who was working around 1:00 PM on April 13, 2026, and request that this incident be reviewed
