  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Loaded Cafe - Long Beach is a great spot for a delicious and satisfying meal. The food was fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned, with plenty of tasty options to choose from. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. Everything made for an enjoyable dining experience. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal in Long Beach!

  Horrible first experience! AND it's my birthday. I ordered biscuits and gravy, And they only put a tablespoon of gravy on my biscuits (might as well have just ordered biscuits). Then when I called to speak to a manager I was left on hold for 10 minutes and had to hang up and call back. Then I was told that the manager was too busy to talk to me. I said she could either talk to me on the phone or in my face if I come up there right now, I was told to call back at 2:00 which is over 2 hours from now!! So they don't care that my food was crappy or how I'm treated as a customer! I'll never go here again!!! They have poor customer service and could care less if we're satisfied or not!!

  A little slow on a Sunday at noon service wise. But I got my food and my coffee. But no refill on my coffee. Boo. Chilaquiles was so good though that I wasnt too upset. And a little pan dulce came with my coffee. It was cute.

  Came in around 1030 on a saturday hoping for good pancakes. Was seated and forgotten about. Finally about 10 mins later we were asked for our drink order and things went downhill from there. Once we ordered our food we waited and waited and waited. No food no coffee refills. Once our food was served you could tell it was sitting under a heat lamp for a minute. The food was warm not hot. The bacon was half crispy and half soft. The hashbrowns super greasy. The biggest disappointment was the pancakes. Barely warm and undercooked in middle but crispy on edges. I finally got a coffee refill once I pushed my plate to edge of table. With so many good options here in LB- this is not one of them.
