- RRRoyApr 11, 20261.0Greeting was nice, when we placed our order I asked the server if any of the meats had chili and she said no, she said we add that separate. So I orded 3 tacos and asked for canned coke with a glass of ice. 1 of the tacos had chili and she I mentioned it to her she's said " I guess everyone makes food different". She kept saying that I only asked if 1 of the meats had it and didn't ask if the rest of them had chili. Instead I saying something like "sorry no problem let me get another one for you" she was more like arguing with me. You should never argue with a customer, you should just do the best to move forward and to make sure the customer's experience is a good one so they can come back. I also asked for a cup of coffee that took 15 minutes to get to us and when we asked for creamer, the manager seemed to be bothered. I guess the server told him a different story than what actually happened. Anyways the glass of ice never got to our table and the rest of the experience was down hill. I probably should not have tipped when I paid for the order. Maybe I should have waited to experience the stay and the food then decided if I should have tipped. Oh well, live and learn. They lost a customer.
