Another Hispanic employee named Chris said refunds take 3 days. He refused to provide the name of his supervisor and refused to provide a receipt. 3 days later, no refund. I had to file a claim with my bank. As a consequence, I just filed a complaint with corporate and the Better Business Bureau.
