While some things have changed over the last few decades, El Pollo Loco's delivery of fresh, authentic food has not. Everything starts with whole chickens that are slowly marinated in a special recipe of herbs, spices, fruit juices and garlic. The chicken is then expertly fire-grilled to perfection the authentic way - on our signature open-flame grills - then hand cut into your favorite Mexican entrees. We put that same dedication and care into our handmade guacamole, salsas and dressings every day. At El Pollo Loco in Long Beach,CA, we believe that when real food meets real fire the result is great taste that will keep you coming back again and again.

- BGBrisa GabinoOct 4, 20261.0I ordered my food from the drive through , a simple double chicken tostado and a sprite. There was barely any chicken and the little chicken that there was was burnt, charred! The soda tasted like it came directly from a dirty hose. Very disappointed.
- MMMollySep 17, 20261.0Have given this location so many chances. They have messed up my order and forgot salsas so many times. Last night I came an hour before closing and had some of the worst food I’ve ever had in my life.
- KSKay SandersSep 16, 20261.0I paid fifteen dollars for salad and they only give you one dressing not enough to cover half of your salad. You have to pay a dollar twenty for another. Salad dressing, make it make sense after I spent fifteen dollars already got a double chicken burrito. It was so dry. You needed 2 more sauces, which cost a $1.25 each. 2 days before bought a burrito. Payed $9 for it. Bought the sauce for it, another dollar and 20 cents, and I asked for no. Rice, easy beans get home full of rice and beans and hardly no chicken. And the wait for chicken was 40 minutes. This store needs to get it together and do better.2 times bad service i want go back to that one
