The staff is very nice and service is quick but this most disgusting sandwich I have ever eaten, I couldn’t even swallow the first bite. I ordered a hot sandwich and it came cold, added cheese to the order and they just quite literally put a slice of cold cheese on top of it, didn’t roast the bagel at all, even the bacon was somehow cold and I only drove for 3 minutes before biting this in my car. The veggies are fine but the bagel tasted old and spongey, it honestly made me gag. Coffee is also watery and doesn’t taste very good, a waste of my $15. The Einstein Bros Bagels in Redondo Beach does laps around this place.

Looking for a new breakfast spot! This used to be my go-to. My boyfriend and I would come here once a week. Unfortunately, that’s no longer gonna be the case. This morning I was driving to work and decided to surprise my boyfriend by picking up our usual bagels and coffee (he works next to me). I was in a rush, so I called to place a pickup order. The employee who answered sounded annoyed from the start, as if I was inconveniencing him just by calling. I politely asked if I could place an order for pickup, and he responded with, “Uhhhh… you could do it online,” in a very condescending and rude tone. I asked, still politely, “So I can only place the order online?” — keeping in mind I was literally driving to the shop and couldn’t safely place an online order at that moment. He replied with a sharp, dismissive “Yes,” like I was stupid for even asking. At that point, I turned around and went straight to work instead. Had he been polite, I would have just gone in and ordered in person. I called my boyfriend and let him know, and we’ve decided we’ll be finding a new breakfast spot. If phone orders aren’t allowed there’s a professional and courteous way to communicate that. A little customer service goes a long way. Unfortunately, this interaction was enough for us to take our weekly business elsewhere. Also side bar, you should take call in orders.

Please tell me this is a joke.! Please tell me if you can find cream cheese inside this bagel!! Early morning, I bought 3 bagels and paid $17!! And there is no sign of cream cheese, paid $2 extra for avocado and they gave me small container barely filled with it.! How is this okay? They charge extra for cream cheese which is invisible.!!! Barely swiped on the bagel. For 17!!! How is this okay? Plus my chocolate chip bagel was ordered with strawberry and they gave plain cream cheese and we believe that they didn’t care to clean the knife because the plain cheese had some red stuff in it.! It used to be a good store, all of this in the morning shift. Not worth the money or time
