  I never ordered any food, I was waiting in line another customer came in from outside and they took his order in front of me. As a regular customer that tips every time, this is not good customer service. I’m not sure currently if I’ll ever go back. The employees are usually so good too.

  I order 2 breakfast sandwiches with sausage and bacon and neither sandwich had the bacon on it. I had to go back to the restaurant and they gave bacon on the side. So I basically had to make my own sandwich

  I’ve been to this coffee shop a few times and the lattes are solid, but the service can be hit or miss. It has a nice vibe, though, and I love the cozy seating!

  My sandwich was simply delicious today. I had a turkey,bacon,avacado on an asiago bagel.

  People are in a hurry. I was in a rush. Silly me. I went here today thinking this place was serious and into service. Nope. A man ordered 3 dozen bagels plus a ton of smear. Then they all needed to be halved. Instead of having someone else help, we had to wait a long time. Then one of the bathroom stalls was broken. Then for our 2 order bagel sandwiches it took so long we were wondering if we should just leave without them. This was 7:30 am. Almost Empty store alsoYou can always tell bad management.
