- CGCarissa Guidry3 days ago1.0This is by far the worst DD and I wish I’d never stopped here to get some matcha & bagel bits, it was the most awful experience and I’m convinced there are no good DD’s in the Los Angeles area, every single one either has horrible customer service or unsanitary practices and I give up, I’ll be a Starbucks customer for life atp, I can’t do it with DD!! But I came here sometime last week to get an Iced Matcha drink & bagel bites, I drive up to the widow and I didn’t get “NO” greeting just how can I help you? RUDE, and then as I proceed to the next window to pay the cashier then hands me a matcha that was mostly foam with about a 1/2 cup of matcha at the bottom and I’m like what is this? I’m like where is the rest of my drink? And he says oh it’s blended, but even if it was blended where is the rest of my drink, and the bagel bites where meh there were even hot….and it was really the most dreadful experience ever and I took the drink back and asked for a refund….and the stupid inexperienced manager acted like it was nothing which made even more mad!! But, I am never patronizing DD’s period, the service I received on this particular day was beyond unacceptable and to act like you don’t know what you did wrong, when you probably made the drink is absurd and I will be coming back!! Do better DD!

First that kid that took my order walks up & says what’s up ‘ I had to ask I’m sorry what was that & he’s like can I take your order . Then as we’re waiting for our order this lady that was done paying for her order is waiting by the other side of the counter asking the girl that works there if she can get her recipe or if the need to take her name , the girl was very rude and just told her that when she hears someone calls out her coffee she would know . That girl that works there & that kid in the front over all rude & the other no work ethic at all ! I won’t be going back I will be taking my business to Starbucks where it’s friendlier .

The food is great and I'm definitely liking my triple mocha Frozen drink LOL that I should put my input in since I'm here on Saturday afternoon after work getting my stuff so I can go home and relax. Thank you guys you are great

They can come off rude and it’s makes the experience less enjoyable. I know we all have our days but it’s not an excuse.
